The template is in compressed zip file format. Create a folder on your PC called 'website'. Right click on the icon below, choose 'save target as' and save the 'webtemplate.zip file to your 'website' folder. On your PC, right click 'webtemplate.zip' and choose 'extract all'. Make sure you are extracting to the 'website' folder. When done, delete the 'webtemplate.zip' file.

Hints and Tips

• See the UNISONScotland 'How To Set Up A Website' briefing
  
  
• Remember to change the page titles (not the file names) to reflect your branch's name.
  
  
• Make sure you save all the graphics you are using in the 'graphics' folder
  
  
• Ensure you upload all files when you are ready to go online (including 'scot.css')
  
  
• Replace the photos with your own branch photos.
  
  
• Make use of email contacts
