Bargaining, Support and Campaigns Team
The Policy and Information Team was established to bring together UNISON Scotland staff to facilitate the provision of policy advice and information and provide specialist support to the organisation after devolution and the creation of the Scottish Parliament.

In May 2011, to reflect a new focus on the changing public service environment, new demands in terms of campaigns and the need for greater support for bargaining at local level, the P&I Team has been renamed the Bargaining, Support and Campaigns Team. Whilst the primary role of the team remains the same, the mission and functions have been revised to reflect this change of focus.
