Save Glasgow Maternity Units

Maternity closures will disproportionately affect poorer families, and higher risk women and babies, Caroline Leckie (North Glasgow Hospitals) told Scottish Council.

The union agreed to oppose the closures and launch a campaign to save maternity services in Glasgow.

In addition, a deputation will be sent to the Scottish Parliament Health Committee.
