Glasgow Daycare Staff strike starts

As we go to press, 200 Daycare Centre staff in Glasgow are starting indefinite strike action in a dispute about their grading following job evaluation results that could result in them losing thousands of pounds.

Early indications are of solid support for the action, but no sign of any offer of further talks from the council.
