Nominations sought for The Zero Tolerance Awards of 2007

For the first time UNISONScotland is sponsoring one of the Awards made by The Zero Tolerance Charitable Trust. These celebrate women who have made a significant contribution to the voluntary or public sector in terms of highlighting the issues surrounding domestic abuse, and campaigning to end all forms of violence against women and children.

The Zero Tolerance Charitable Trust is seeking nominations for three awards:- The team award, sponsored by UNISON. Woman of the Future Award - sponsored by EIS. The Kathy Kerr Lifetime Achievement Award - kindly sponsored by Scottish Women's Aid, Sassie and Rape Crisis Scotland.

The nominations for these awards should be in by the 30 April 2007. If you or your branch has someone, or a team who you think is worthy of nomination, please follow the instructions on the website
