Fighting Fund Area Organiser
Scottish Region Fixed Term Contracts or Secondment Opportunities up to 11 months

This is an exciting opportunity to join the UNISON Scotland Organising Team. Our public services are under major threat. Our members are working under extreme pressure and UNISON is actively campaigning for services and jobs. We are seeking a further tranche of Campaign Organisers to recruit, organise and campaign in our Branches, train and develop stewards, undertake casework, advise, support and mentor Branch Officers and stewards in representation and negotiation.

Ability to travel will be a requirement of all posts and you will require to live within reasonable distance of location that post is based.

Project
Edinburgh City Branch - based in Edinburgh

Requirements as detailed above plus skills on individual representation/routine case work and local negotiations also required.
