Health seminar sets agenda

UNISONScotland health activists gathered on the weekend of the 5 and 6 May for two days policy discussion centred around change in political landscape - setting UNISON's agenda for next year.

Major issues covered were Pay, Equal Pay compensation claims (click here) and PFI (click here).

Presentations were given on the Delivering for Health programme from Colin Cook of the Scottish Executive's Health Department and Mark Hellowell from the Centre for International Public Health Policy at Edinburgh University on the impact of PFI in Scotland.
