Negotiating guide for Social Work

The Social Work Issues Group are producing a negotiating resource for branches on two key issues affecting social care staff - Workload Management and Supervision.

The new pamphlet is one of a series of more in-depth documents building on the hugely successful manifesto for social work - Helping People Change Their Lives, published earlier this year. It will be launched at a manifesto Conference in January.
