UNISON Members Fun Day at New Lanark - Sunday 28th August 2011

Organised by North Lanarkshire Branch, South Lanarkshire Branch and the Lanarkshire Health Branch

All members are invited to a Fun Day for all UNISON members and their families at the World heritage Site at New Lanark.

Enjoy the facilities at New Lanark, the wonderful countryside and river walks and meet up with your UNISON colleagues and friends.

This year we are pleased to welcome as special guests Dave Moxham, Deputy General Secretary of the STUC and Lynn Henderson Scottish Secretary of the Public and Commercial Services (PCS) Union. Dave will outline the STUC's "There is a better way" campaign. Lynn will explain the proposed attacks on public services and pensions and how UNISON and PCS can work together with service users to resist these attacks.
